Eli Ace — Founder & Inventor of Record
Eli Ace (Ilya V. Aseyev) is the founder of Swarmonic LLC and the sole inventor of record on all eleven U.S. patent applications covering cross-manufacturer robot fleet orchestration. He is a Pennsylvania-based builder of AI-native ventures spanning robotics coordination, agentic commerce infrastructure, and construction technology, with a growing portfolio of U.S. patent applications across those lanes.
Viktor Romanoff — Operations
Director of Operations at Eli Ace Ventures, the studio behind Swarmonic LLC and Vertical Marketplace LLC (Vermarco). Those companies are related parties: marketplace fees on a Swarmonic listing are paid to a related company. Handles counterparty diligence, licensing conversations, and release operations.
