Every feed's clock error and transport latency is measured at onboarding through the front-door capability handshake, then continuously re-measured for drift. What you see is time-coherent, latency-compensated software alignment — measured delay is always shown, never hidden. This is not hardware frame lock; physics does not allow that over WiFi/LTE.
