How these were stress-tested

Each specification was attacked from nine expert perspectives — patent examiner, IP litigator, competing engineer, systems architect and others — across multiple independent models. Ninety hostile reviews per round, eight rounds.

Five vulnerability themes surfaced: §101 eligibility exposure, functional overbreadth, enablement gaps, cross-patent entanglement, and design-around paths. Every patent failed.

All 26 concepts claimed across the portfolio are implemented and verified in the engine running this site's live demo. Claims are not aspirational.

A note on document review versus execution. Eight rounds of adversarial review validated the specifications but could not validate the implementation. Running a genuine ten-manufacturer fleet exposed four defects in the engine — including two in collision-avoidance mathematics — that no amount of document review would have surfaced. All four are fixed, and none required a change to the claims. Reviewing a description and running a system are different activities, and both are necessary.
