What this origin collects, what it never collects, and who else sees it. Written to be read, not to be scrolled past.
Only what the two doors need
- Waitlist: name, email, organization, role, vertical, whether you own robots, manufacturers you run, and your message.
- Server logs: standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) kept for operations and abuse prevention.
- License fulfillment: Vermarco receipt ids and a hash of the operator token we mint, so a seat can be honored and audited.
- No biometrics. No robot video from physical sites on this origin.
No accounts, no cards
There are no account passwords today — the public demo is open and eval seats use a token minted from a Vermarco receipt. No payment cards touch swarmonic.ai: payment is processed by VM Pay (Stripe default) on Vermarco. No analytics trackers run on this origin.
Vermarco
Vertical Marketplace LLC (Vermarco) is a related company under the same studio (Eli Ace Ventures). Because Vermarco processes the sale of evaluation seats, it sees buyer identity for those purchases. This is disclosed here so you do not have to discover it in a cap table.
Short and purposeful
Waitlist entries are kept until you ask to be removed. Receipt ids and token hashes are kept for the license term plus 24 months for audit. Server logs rotate on an operational schedule.
