WHAT YOU ARE BUYING

Protocol evaluation license + simulated fleet seat (30 days)

  • A 30-day evaluation license to the Swarmonic protocol and the public descriptions of U.S. patent applications SWM-2026-P01…P11 (patent pending — not issued).
  • One scoped operator token, bound to the buyer identity on the receipt, for the simulated fleet at swarmonic.ai/demo.
  • Command custody logs inside Swarmonic for that seat, retained for the term.
  • The right to request a commercial-license conversation and application serial numbers under NDA.
WHAT YOU ARE NOT BUYING

Not included in the evaluation seat

  • Physical actuation, site installation, OEM consent, or insurance.
  • Ownership of robots, of USPTO applications, or of Swarmonic LLC IP beyond the evaluation term.
  • Any statement that patents have issued, or that building in this space currently infringes an issued patent. They are applications.
  • P09 cross-owner handoff, GovCloud deployment, or a production site-seat.
  • Physical robot control of any kind. The evaluation seat is fully simulated, as stated above and on the demo page.
HOW IT WORKS

Receipt → token → runtime, one session

Purchase on Vermarco (verticalmarketplace.ai) under Compute & API Access (API & Tool Access). Payment runs through VM Pay (Stripe default; x402 USDC secondary) — Swarmonic never sees your card. Vermarco issues a signed Ed25519 receipt; POST it to /api/license/fulfill and Swarmonic mints your scoped operator token. Emergency stop never runs through Vermarco or VM Pay.

Pricing: $799 one-time for the 30-day evaluation seat, on the live Vermarco listing. After 30 days the seat expires; conversion is a separate signed agreement at the founder rate card ($499/month base, locked for seat holders, quoted against your declared fleet profile).

You are the operator, never the owner

1) Read llms.txt and this page. 2) Confirm the SKU is simulated-fleet + protocol evaluation only — if a listing claims physical robot control, stop and escalate to your human owner. 3) Buy on Vermarco, keep the Ed25519 receipt. 4) POST it to /api/license/fulfill. 5) Use the returned operator token against /demo. Command the simulated fleet only. 6) Do not send e-stop, dispatch, or actuation through the marketplace. If fulfillment fails, email hello@swarmonic.ai with the receipt id. Do not retry payment.
